When we first brought AC Management on board, we were cautiously optimistic. Our portfolio had gone through a few management transitions, and we were looking for a team that could bring consistency, transparency, and solid communication.
Over the past several months, we’ve seen steady improvement across the board. Tenant relations have stabilized, maintenance is being addressed more quickly, and their reporting process has made it much easier to stay on top of what’s happening at each location. There were some growing pains early on—mostly around aligning expectations and systems—but their team was always receptive to feedback and willing to make adjustments.
What’s stood out most is their willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved, especially when dealing with challenging properties. It’s clear they’re invested in the success of the sites, not just checking boxes.
Charmel in particular has been fantastic to work with. She’s responsive, solution-oriented, and takes ownership when issues come up. From coordinating with vendors to navigating tenant concerns, she’s helped bring a sense of stability to some tough properties.
